1) From the main menu, click on “contact us”.  Here you will find our email address and an enquiry form.

 2) You can send us an email or you can enter your details on the ‘Enquiry Form’ and click on ‘Send’.

 3) Once we have received your enquiry, we will check and confirm the availability and the prices of your choices.  We will email our response to you within 48 hours of receiving your enquiry.

 4) If you have any further questions you can email these to us.

 5) Once we have received your final decision on your choices we can process your booking.  We will email to you our payment instructions and booking terms and conditions.

 6) Your booking will be secured for a further 7 days until the payment deadline is passed.

 7) Once your payment is received your booking is completely secured and we will send a confirmation email to you.

 8) Between the time of completing your booking and arriving in Slovenia, you can email us or telephone us with any further questions.
